A Showroom Visit is a fantastic way for you to become familiar with TWSA Group and the beautiful products we supply. They are all of the very highest quality in terms of both materials, manufacturing precision and decorative finishes. A great opportunity for you to explore ideas and be inspired.

3

Home visit and requirements gathering

A home visit by one of our experienced Surveyor / Estimator’s is important and necessary to ensure your requirements are fully discussed and understood. All our visits are prearranged with you for a mutually convenient day and time. During the Visit we will obtain quantities, sizes and specifications for your requirements.

4

Fully detailed quotation

Following your Home Visit, a fully detailed quotation will be prepared confirming, materials and labour costs, current lead times to installation dates and payment terms / milestones. The Quotation will be emailed to you as soon as it has been prepared.

5

Order

Once you are happy to accept the Quotation and proceed with your order, a deposit will be required following which we will carry out a final Site Survey to double check all manufacturing sizes.

We will then email you the final Contract which will include any amendments to the original estimate, for your final confirmation, which can be provided in email or writing, whichever you prefer.

On receipt of your written order confirmation the Live Order will then be processed through to manufacturing. Any bespoke colour matches will be sent to you for approval.

6

Installation dates agreed

During the ordering process we will provide you with the estimated lead times for your order to be successfully manufactured.

Once we have confirmation of the imminent completion of the manufacture of your order, our logistics team will contact you to agree appropriate installation dates and times.

Two weeks prior to installation, a stage payment will be required.

7

Installation Teams on site

We appreciate how important it is that customers know and can rely on us being on site when we say we will be and so unless there are exceptional circumstances where it wold be detrimental to do so, we endeavour to adhere to our quoted installation dates once they have been agreed.

Installation completion, site clear and departure

Our installers should be able to complete your installation in accordance with the agreed schedule of work, unless there are exceptional unforeseen circumstances. Throughout the Installation period – our installers will remove and dispose of any existing joinery, keeping your site as clean, clear and tidy as possible throughout the process.

9

Post installation follow up and satisfaction meeting

At the end of the installation you will be asked to sign off the work done confirming acceptance and cleanliness of the installation.

The final balance (10% of order value) is due once you are entirely satisfied with the installation.

Once the final balance has been received, a Fensa certificate will be issued and sent to you. (Supply & Fit Only).
